Formula fields allow you to add dynamic calculations to tasks. You can use built-in functions and field variables to perform operations on numbers, currencies, texts, and dates.

How to use formula fields

1. Adding Functions
   • Click the + Add function button to view a list of available functions with examples.

2. Using variables
   • Variables let you reference field values (e.g., numbers, currencies, dates) in your formula.
   • Click the + Add variable button and select a field to create a variable.
   • Each variable is assigned a unique key that you can use in your formula.

3. Previewing formulas
   • You can set a preview value for each variable to see real-time results of your formula before saving.

By combining functions and variables, you can automate calculations and streamline task management effortlessly.
