Importing a project

You can import a project into Zavimo by following these steps:

1. Open the import dialog

• Click the + button in the left sidebar at the level where you want to import the project.

2. Upload the CSV file

• In the dialog, enter the project name.
• Select a CSV file to import.
• Click Continue.

3. Review & map your data

• You'll see a preview of the imported project.
• Click on a column title to assign the data type.
• You can choose from built-in fields like:
  • Task name
  • Due date
  • Status
• Alternatively, set a column as a custom field:
  • Text
  • Select
  • Multi-select
  • Number
  • Date
• To exclude a column from the import, select Ignored as the column type.

4. Import the project

• Click Create project to finalize the process.

Note: The current task limit is 2,000 tasks per import.
