Board

The Board view allows you to visualize your data in a Kanban-style board format, making task management intuitive and flexible.

Showing & hiding fields

You can customize which fields are displayed in your tasks using the View Options menu:

1. Click the Options button located in the top-right corner of the view.

   

2. In the View options panel, toggle the switch next to the fields you want to show or hide.

   

Show & hide completed tasks

By default, completed tasks are visible in the Board view. To hide them:

1. Click the Options button in the top-right corner of the view.
2. In the View options menu, uncheck the Show completed option to hide completed tasks from the view.

Viewing subtasks

If you'd like to see subtasks within the tasks:

1. Open the View options menu by clicking the options button in the top-right corner.
2. Toggle the Show subtasks option to enable visibility of subtasks within tasks.

Saving changes

When you make changes to the view (such as modifying grouping, filtering, sorting, field order, or the display of completed tasks and subtasks), a Save view button will appear in the top-right corner of the view.

• Click Save view to preserve your modifications.
• If you do not save your changes, they will be lost when you reload the view.
