How to delete a view

To delete a view, open the view you want to delete. Click the ••• button next to the view name, then select Delete view from the dropdown menu.

Note: You cannot delete a view if it is set as the default view.

⚠️ Warning: Deleting a view is permanent and cannot be undone.

Who can delete a view?

The ability to delete a view depends on its type and permissions:

• Project view:
  • If the view is not locked, users with Full-access or Can edit permissions can delete it.
  • If the view is locked, only users with Full-access can delete it.
• Team view:
  • If the view is not locked, Team owners and Team members can delete it.
  • If the view is locked, only Team owners can delete it.
• Folder view:
  • If the folder is inside a team, only Team owners and Team members can delete the view.
  • If the folder is not inside a team, any Workspace member can delete the view—except for Guests, who cannot see folders.
