Workload
The Workload view helps you visualize each team member's workload.
Setting Effort
You can define how workload is measured by selecting an effort field from the effort dropdown. Options include:
- Task count - Counts the number of tasks assigned.
- Custom field - Use a number field (e.g., "Effort") to track workload more precisely.

Setting Capacity
Click the Capacity button to define each member's capacity. If a member exceeds their capacity, their workload bar will turn red.

Managing Workload
- Reschedule tasks by dragging and dropping them.
- Adjust task duration by resizing from the left or right edges.
- Reassign tasks by moving them between team members.
Navigation & Zoom
- Scroll left & right to move between past and future dates.
- Click Today to jump back to the current day.
- Use Zoom In and Zoom Out to adjust the timeline view.

Task coloring
You can customize task colors based on different criteria. To change task colors:
- Click the Options button in the top-right corner of the view.

- In the View options menu, click Color tasks by and choose a color mode:
- Default - Only overdue tasks have a red background.
- No color - Tasks will have no background color.
- Status - Tasks will be colored based on their status.
- Custom field - If a Select field is chosen, tasks will be colored based on the selected option.

Show & hide completed tasks
By default, completed tasks are visible in the Workload view. To hide them:
- Click the Options button in the top-right corner of the view.
- In the View options menu, uncheck the Show completed option to hide completed tasks from the view.

Saving changes
When you make changes to the view (such as filtering, changing capacity, effort field or color mode), a Save view button will appear in the top-right corner of the view.
- Click Save view to preserve your modifications.
- If you do not save your changes, they will be lost when you reload the view.

Workload Calculation & Weekends
By default, the Workload View excludes weekends from workload calculations. If you want to include weekends, go to the View Options menu and enable Include weekends.
