View menu

To open the view menu, click the ••• button next to its name and choose an option:

  • Rename view - Change the view's name.
  • Set as default view - Make this the default view when opening a project.
  • Copy view - Create a duplicate of the view.
  • Lock/Unlock view - Restrict edits to specific users.
Managing a view

Locked views

A view can be locked by a Full-access member (for projects) or a Team owner (for teams). Once a view is locked:

  • Only members with the appropriate roles (Full-access or Team owner) can make changes to the view.
  • Other users will be unable to modify or delete the view.

Local changes

Even with a locked view, all members can make local changes such as:

  • Grouping
  • Filtering
  • Sorting

However, while users can temporarily modify the displayed data, these changes will not be saved to the original view.

Ordering views

You can rearrange views by dragging and dropping them. The same permissions required for creating views also apply when reordering them.
